Everyone wants to be happy,but how much people feel happy everyday? Nowadays, people are busy to make money and study. I think all of us are feel pressure. However, this TED talk presents a change in our life.
As shawn said, the happiness is beyond our attitude and cognitive.He is right. Because the method we want to success and happiness is rearwards. Instead of working on that future achievement to making happiness into our lives, we have to change our work close and frame of mind to be happier and more positive. If we will thinking this in a happier and more positive way, indeed, we will actually achieve that success. In other words, our attitude will decision our happiness. Sometimes, I found that is true in my life,if I feel unhappy then I can't focus on other things in that day, I often screw up some important thing in the later. However, if I feel positive at the begin of one day, I always finish my job efficiently, then I felt happier than before. I think this is a benign cycle.
Nowadays, when you open TV or newspaper, you will find there are many tragedy. Bad news always more than good news. It seems like people all like see bad things. However, it's because bad news can grasp our eyes. It's very negative and will affect our life. Actually, we need good news.

Story about an editor
Elena is a big fan of outdoor sports, just we can see in the picture that she was excited to ride the mountain bicycle. She often attend many different kinds of outdoor sport events. The photo was took in last year,when she quit her job for a few weeks. In fact,she used to be a editor of travel magazine.
Because of work, Elena was travel a lot in last 4 years. The first trip abroad was been to Greece. As a result of first time to go abroad, Elena felt very exciting. Before she depart, she has search many material to prepared, include a lot of beautiful scenic photos. However, when she arrived Santorini that is one of the most famous island in Greece, she could hardly to believe her eyes. Even though she has seen this scenery many times though pictures, she was shocked by the scenery. Without double, she just can't stop to press the camera, and took a lot of pictures. Elena finished her first abroad travel after one week. She loved in travel since this trip.
After Elena back to her country, she always strive for the opportunity to work abroad. Fortunately, she got an opportunity to travel in Paris. This time was not the first time, but due to Paris is the most romantic city in the world, she still felt excited. She was also wants to buy luxuries at the paradise of shopping, but she didn't have enough money. This is her second year as a editor. It was afternoon when Elena arrived Paris, she didn't even rest in hotel for one second; She arrived Triumphal Arch as soon as possible because she wanted to take a photo of the city in sunset, then post in the magazine. Finally, she did it.
With the growth of work time, Elena has been to many different countries.Now this is the forth year of work. Because every time she go travel was in the same way: take plane; she felt boring about travel in this way. Occasionally, she met a high school classmate, then she knows something about outdoor sports.
Her friend ask her to try this sports. New things always attractive, Elena with her friend have the first ride in the mountain. It's hard and tired to Elena, but she found it was very comfortable to close to the nature, and this sports is very healthy. Now, as you see, she has a strong muscles because she is a big fan of outdoor sports.
" Rome wasn't built in a day ". In surface means, it's told Rome was a amazing city, and there are Colosseum, fountain, different kinds of church. Therefore, many people spend a lot of time and painstaking to built it. Now days, if we mention this proverb is means if you want do something well, do not be impatient; you should step by steps and spend time to do it. Nothing will done in a flash. In my culture, there are many sentences like this one: "You cannot build up your constitution on one mouthful"; "One meal won't make a fat man".
I have many life experiences match this proverb. For instance, about 1 years ago my friend suggest me to go gym, then I become a member of gym. At first, I went to gym everyday, and do a lot of exercise, it's tired. however, after about 3 weeks I go gym twice a week then once a week. Sometimes I even wasn't went once a week. One day I met my friend whose told me to go gym. She has built a perfect body now. I'm wonder about why I still didn't have a good shape. Then she told me, usually she go to gym five times a week and have a specific plan , even never miss one time. Thus, I get the reason. Because "Rome wasn't built in a day". Now, we are learning English. If we want speak like a native, we should have a plan and practice everyday instead of study hard at first then never speak anymore; otherwise it will like the body built.
Proverbs is often come from predecessors experiences. It always be confirmed in our life. If we use this experiences in work and study, life will be better and more easily.
